Required Documents for License Transfer
To transfer your healthcare license within the UAE, you will need the following documents:
Valid & Active UAE Healthcare License:
You must hold a valid and active healthcare license issued by any of the UAE healthcare authorities (DOH, DHA, or MOH).
Minimum of 3 Months' Experience:
You should have completed at least 3 months of work experience in your current position.
Copies of your educational certificates and qualifications.
Documents that verify your work experience in the healthcare field.
Certificate of Good Standing:
A certificate confirming your good standing and ethical conduct in your current role.
Primary Source Verification:
Verification of your credentials directly from the source, ensuring their authenticity.
Valid Passport & Photo:
